Data Holder onboarding process

Question

Is a party required to undergo accreditation if they are applying to be a Data Holder (DH)? If yes then at what stage are they required to share their consent management flows and other documentation? Would it only be limited to the CDR policy?

Answer

Under the CDR, DHs are not required to undergo an accreditation process. DHs are required to register on the CDR Participant Portal and undergo an onboarding process. More information about the onboarding process is available in the onboarding guide.
