Question
Where can I find more information about the Consumer Data Right?
Answer
The CDR website also includes a number of information on the CDR including:
- educational videos for consumers and industry
- comprehensive guidance and educational material for consumers and industry stakeholders
- a public register of participating data holders and accredited data recipients, searchable by consumers
- consumer complaint forms
- access to the Consumer Data Right Participant Portal in order to apply for accreditation.
The CDR information map provides a topic-based guide to CDR information published by the CDR agencies. This may assist CDR participants to find the guidance they need on specific topics.
Stakeholders may also subscribe to the Compliance Update and Regulatory Bulletin to keep up-to-date with CDR developments and our activities to support CDR compliance.
