Reporting templates for product reference data

Question

When will the compliance/reporting requirements relating to product reference data (Phase 1) be shared with the community?  

How can I access the templates for semi annual reporting of Product data and refusals? 

Are there any compliance/reporting requirements for data holders relating to product reference data (Phase 1)?

Answer

The ACCC has approved the forms for data holder and accredited data recipient (ADR) reporting for the purpose of rule 9.4 of the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 (Cth).

The reporting forms along with further guidance on ACCC's reporting expectations for Phase 1 Product Reference Data obligations can be found here. 

The timeline for direct to consumer functionality is still under consideration, and there is currently no requirement for data holders to provide functionality that facilitates consumer data requests made by CDR consumers.
