Do I need to provide evidence to the ACCC of internal testing activity?

Answer

The ACCC will not ask for evidence relating to these responsibilities as part of the on-boarding process.

The ACCC may request evidence of testing activity to inform other activities, such as incident management and compliance and enforcement. In accordance with best practice, participants should ensure that they keep appropriate records relating to these responsibilities.
