Do I need to provide evidence to the ACCC of internal testing activity?

Answer

During the on-boarding process, the ACCC will not ask for evidence of prior testing efforts. However, evidence may be requested by the ACCC at a later date to inform other activities, such as incident management and compliance and enforcement. In accordance with best practice, participants should ensure they keep appropriate records relating to these responsibilities.
