Question
Does or will the ACCC recommend a specific testing tool?
Answer
The ACCC acknowledges that it is likely participants will use tools to support their testing activities, such as internally built testing tools, market-based tools, or testing tools offered through industry standards bodies e.g. FAPI. The ACCC does not intend to recommend or certify specific testing tools.
To assist current and prospective participants with designing, building and testing their CDR solutions in a non-production environment, the ACCC provides the CDR Sandbox. The ACCC also provides other mock solution tools including:
- source code available from the Consumer Data Right GitHub,
- solution container images from the Consumer Data Right Docker Hub, and
- Conformance Test Suite which allows participants to test their conformance with the Consumer Data Standards and Consumer Data Right Register design.
