What should I do if I failed a Conformance Test Suite (CTS) test scenario but don’t know why?
If a participant fails a CTS test and is unsure of the reason, a number of resources can be leveraged to support investigations.

If, after exhausting the above avenues, a participant believes the issue sits with the CTS tool, the participant may contact the ACCC Technical Operations team via email to CDRTechnicalOperations@accc.gov.au. To ensure participants are supported adequately they should include the following information in the email: Conformance ID, DH brand name or ADR software product name, CTS test scenarios and test steps, system logs and timestamps for the error in question, source IP address, existing investigation and triage information and Jira defect ID.
