I think the references to rejection(s) in the answer above should refer to refusal(s) for the Rule 9.4 form, to avoid confusion with Rejections as required by the Get Metrics API.

I don't think there are any 'Voluntary' items defined in the current CDS schemas, which would mean that all fields are 'Required product data', subject to being mandatory or optional in the payload...
