Sharing data outside Data Holder sector

Question

Are Data Holders (DHs) and accredited data recipients (ADRs), under reciprocal data sharing arrangements, required to share data with requesting persons in other sectors? For instance, can banking information be shared to a telco or energy company?

Answer

All Data Holders are required to share data with any Accredited Data Recipient.  Organisations from any sector can apply to become registered as an Accredited Data Recipient.
