Will there be any verification completed of the product data provided by data holders to ensure that the data holders are adhering to the requirements?  

Answer

The ACCC has reviewed the product data endpoints made available by data holders and will undertake risk-based reviews of the product reference data provided by data holders in line with the joint ACCC/OAIC compliance and enforcement policy.
