What fees should be included as product specific data in the banking and non-bank lenders sector (clause 1.3, schedule 3) and the energy sector (clause 1.3, schedule 4)?

Answer

For banking, non-bank lenders and energy sectors, data holders should represent the fees associated with the products they offer in a similar way to how they advertise products through existing channels. Where fees are publicly advertised, it is expected they would be included as product specific data under CDR.
