Consent flow: handling selection from multiple profiles

Question

When a client has multiple profiles, should we provide an additional screen where the client can select the profile for consent and then select the corresponding accounts for which the data is to be shared with the Accredited Data Recipient (ADR)?

The additional screen would be required in the consent flow after authenticating and validating the eligibility of the client.

For example, a client might have three profiles: personal, company A and company B.

Yes, an additional page for selecting from multiple profiles is recommended in the CX Guidelines. On the Consumer Data Standards web site, search for CX Guidelines, then in the latest CX Guidelines, see the Authorise | Account, Account selection step. The selection procedure on the screen should be aligned with how the bank manages multiple profiles for its customers.
